The YouthQuest Foundation announces that registration is now open for the 5th Annual YouthQuest Foundation Charity Golf Challenge being held at Trump National Golf Course on August 23.

The YouthQuest Foundation provides support for the academic development and life-enriching activities of
America’s youth.  We believe the best way to prepare teenagers for productive lives, particularly at-risk
teenagers, is through a quality education and the development of fundamental life skills.  A core mission of
YouthQuest is to provide educational scholarships.  These scholarships are awarded to at-risk teens with
college or vocational aspirations.  Whether they are interested in pursuing a degree or developing proficiency
in a trade, our scholarships make continuing education possible for those at-risk teens who have embarked
upon a new path by participating in a viable program focused on helping them reshape their lives.

The Loudoun Education Foundation is hosting a special reception honoring Ted Leonsis, owner of the Washington Capitals and Washington Wizards, on the release of his new book, The Business of Happiness: 6 Secrets to Extraordinary Success in Life and Work. The event is set for Monday August 9, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 1757 Golf Club. Register by August 2, to receive a copy of the book, an opportunity to attend a private reception, take a photograph with Mr. Leonsis and get special recognition in the event program. This reception will raise money for the Loudoun Education Foundation LEF, which provides resources to foster and promote programs that enhance the educational experience in Loudoun County Public Schools. Another exciting season of Twilight Polo has begun! The crowd favorites will continue this year with entertaining half-time activities, tailgate competitions and dancing under the stars in the Meadow Club Polo Pavilion after polo.
